Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering with Angels Among Us! Please email volunteers@angelrescue.org for information in all the ways that you can help save the lives of Dogs and Cats. We have opportunities available in the greater Atlanta area as well as many virtual opportunities that can be done from anywhere in the USA! Please complete our online volunteer application, and one of our Volunteer Coordinators will contact you and help place you in one of our many open positions. Here is the link to our online volunteer application: https://www.angelsrescue.org/volunteer/ Volunteering: As a foster based rescue, we currently do not have a physical facility, and our dogs and cats stay in foster homes until they get adopted. We have fundraising and adoption events, primarily on weekends, at different locations throughout the Greater Atlanta Area. We need volunteers to work at events and we need volunteers to transport and handle foster dogs at adoption events on the weekends. We need volunteers to transport dogs from shelters around the state of GA 7 days a week, but usually Monday through Friday is our greatest need for transports. If you don’t live in the greater Atlanta area, we have MANY virtual opportunities for you to volunteer. We have many administrative teams, and all volunteers on those teams work virtually from their home or office. If you are anywhere in the USA and have a computer and phone, you can be a virtual volunteer! So, whether or not you live in the Greater Atlanta area, or anywhere in the country, you can be an Angel volunteer! We are also in need of creative volunteers such as graphic designers, writers, and YouTube video coordinators. Along with Social Media and Development(fundraising). All these can be done virtually! There are also opportunities for photographers for adoption events in the Atlanta area. Don’t see anything that matches your skills and availability? What would YOU like to do? Are you a professional in a field and feel you have the skills, ability, desire, etc. to help in certain areas? Are you a business owner or manager who may be able to donate goods and/or services to Angels Among Us? Even if it's not listed as a current need or opening, we'd love to hear how you think you could help. Fostering: If you live in the greater Atlanta area, you can help save lives by fostering with Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. Fostering involves taking a healthy (or medically needy) dog or cat (or both) into your home, providing a safe, loving environment, food, and transport to veterinary care as needed. You also are the primary "adoption" advocate for your foster, bringing him/her to our Atlanta area public adoption events and speaking with potential adopters. Even temporary fostering, part-time or "vacation fostering" to provide respite for full-time foster parents is a huge help and need! For more information on fostering, or to complete a dog or cat foster application, please follow this link: www.angelrescue.org/foster

Mun Library The project ‘ ’Bring ‘out-of-school’ children to school ’’ is underway promoting education to l ess privileged children and orphans. It looks to make   education accessible by giving library space to allow learning/passing to take place. The population of children in the surrounding area grew significantly in 2016- 2017. This has led to higher imbalance in stationary to students ratio. By bringing out-of-school children to school, we hope to reduce involuntary marriages, illiteracy prevalence, child prostitution, drug abuse, early marriages/pregnancies, joblessness and social crimes down by 60% by 2023 and make communities self sustainable and sufficient by 2030. Between January-March 2018 we have lost 42 students into streets due to   lack of library/ stationary in 2015-2017   that is why we need volunteers/interns helping hands! We need to bring balance and stop.  Our plan is to build MUN LIBRARY
